You will be at You Time 4 to 6 hours, In this intuitive, energy, reiki, specific session to remove an energy not yours and not resonating with your highest best self, you will remain fully clothed, I will hold scared space for you while you are receiving healing energy for the physical, emotional and spiritual body. I will intuitively use many forms of healing tools ( sound, crystals and essential oils to name just a few) to assist you in letting go of anything no longer serving you and bring you to relaxation, ease and balance.
